actions. i think they were negligent in not getting him immediate medical help and I think Chauvin assaulted him. I don't know that Chauvin killed him. but I believe there is probable cause to arrest and charge him for it. I don't know if there's proof beyond a reasonable doubt. I would have to see something more conclusive from the ME. just my opinion.
