Has a long history of complaints.
Was involved in a shooting that was ruled justified.
And the owner of the club where he worked off duty says he was always overzealous, spraying mace all over during incidents on that job.
It caught up to him and Mr. Floyd paid for it with his life and Chauvin will too.
