First, black males have high rate of underlying heart conditions at that age, so it maybe for the sake of common sense, it should be assumed that that kind of aggression against anyone, let alone a man of Floyd's age and chance of heart condition, could lead to death.

And as of now, I'm not sure why they put the "potential" intoxicants part. I am not really interested in "potential" - I am interested in absolutes. And even if he had intoxicants, why does that matter to me?

Cops are here to serve and protect us. They didn't protect George Floyd. He didn't get his day in court.
