Where is the video that the father alleges links the deceased to break-ins. The "racist" connotation is - they've said that he "looks like a suspect and haven't produced the video that they claimed to have."

IMO, the only reason they weren't arrested on the spot was the "good ole boy", law enforcement angle.

Did they meet the standard to make a citizen's arrest? The GBI said "no", when arresting them yesterday. There certainly should not be a presumption of guilt for the deceased.
