The facts ARE NOT limited to the video - I'm not sure how three individuals get in their vehicles, pursue an unarmed individual, get out of their vehicles and attempt to detain him, shoot him and claim "self defense". However, if you are going to limit judgement to the video, then armed citizens in the street, assaulting an unarmed citizen is the only visible crime.

The caller didn't say that the deceased was breaking into the house or stealing something. If they felt there was something to pursue the guy for - the should have just followed in their cars and waited for the cops to detain the guy.
