it have likewise remained unconvincing, so much so that the general idea I've had for years is on the verge of becoming official policy.

I'm not looking for an argument. I'm looking for clarification on how a $1 ticket surcharge would be funneled to athletes at certain schools and destroy college sports.

And I'm looking for that clarification because I want college sports fans to unify behind the best approach at preserving the sport we all love.

I don't want to fight you. I want to understand your objections.
