If you're suggesting this $1 surcharge would be funneled to the athletes, that isn't how the proposed rule works.

And even if that were how it worked, every school could do the same thing.

The "vitriol" (which is, at best, a sarcastic dismissal of your point of view) is a result of your refusal to articulate a doomsday projection.
