And it will depend on the contract involved, and if they caused my business harm or not (which can be dealt with through the court/arbitration system. Or If they consider that a smart business tactic to keep me from going to a competitor.


It would also be wise of my business to understand the different risks associated with having a supplier who can cause my whole business to be shut down.
