current version of Mitch should be used more. I used him as an example of how a player could be more valuable if he would work hard on a midrange game. That can be said for a lot of players. The fascination of the three point shot has made many players much less valuable than they might have been if they'd worry less about it and work hard on something else. Especially big guys.
