There is speculation some if the Airbnb super-owners maybe in trouble if they have mortgages on multiple properties that are not bringing in enough income for several months and they have to liquidate. That would put a lot of property on the market in desirable areas.

But with interest rates so low, it seems to me that apartments buildings could be a risky investment since residents may not be able to pay their rent and others may find houses to be a more reasonable option.

It is hard to see houses as the bust here with interest rates so low.
