Maybe a sizable dip. But for every rental property that has to be sold because mortgages are not being made, there is probably another person already able to buy the property.

I will be surprised if there is a housing crash when rates are this low. It is cheaper to buy a house than it is to rent.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
