gross disparity and bring the actions they feel is correct. I would assume they would contact the stores and ask why prices raised 200% and if they can show that their costs went up 200%, it's an open and shut case. Or they show that they knew people needed TP because they were trapped at home and they raised the prices because of the demand generated by an emergency.
