manufacturers scrambling to meet the need. In order to meet the crazy needs, they ramped up production that forced them to pay overtime wages to employees. Their sources had to change for raw materials in order to get it quicker to be able to produce more, quicker. All that lead to an increase in cost of the product due to the emergency and increased demand.
Is the TP manufacturer not allowed to increase their price to meet the demand?
It's a complete and utter BS law that seems almost impossible to enforce.
