to provide the cost of toilet paper during this emergency. It would be easy for publix to provide the prices they were selling the toilet paper at for the period before the emergency started.

You are acting like these numbers are impossible to know. They are easily known and proven. If publix's TP cost went up 200%, then they can easily document that. It's dumb to think otherwise.
