unknowingly has a corona virus patient infecting their other workers and customers... it would cease to exist.

It is a solution looking for a problem

Please tell me what company has denied a corona virus sick pay? CBS? The NBA? Warner Bros?

There have been ZERO news reports of someone infected going to work to infect others because their company didn't offer sick pay....
