I understand getting the shot in the scenario. If people want to get the shot go for it. I can only speak from my experience. And I'm not saying I've never gotten sick, I've just never had a severe case of the flu or cold for that matter. Again could be just luck and I'll be on my death bed tomorrow. Forgot to mention in original post I also avoid sugar like the plague. oh and sleep is also critical.
Like I said everyone is different but I believe that food is medicine. I don't lecture people about it and if mayor I certainly would not ban big gulps.
Back in the day my breakfast was a snickers bar and a coke. I ate all the fast food, I drank A LOT of beer and wine. I always felt like crap and was overweight. Now I feel great. And if (and I sometimes do) stray from my healthy habits I feel it immeidately. I'd rather feel good than like crap.
