How many real asset bubble bursts have occurred the last 100 years? In the United States, not many.
Why is that?
.... “it just hasn’t happened yet” ... “just wait..”. Okay.
The difference is the today’s consumer is more intelligent. That’s what humans, as a whole, do. We evolve. We get better.
There is also more information readily available to the average consumer today. There is more competition. Technology and innovation have led to better products and services.
We might have a day of reckoning in the future when US Debt overextends itself and the Dollar gets crushed. But that’s not happening in 2020, which is apparently what the the Austrians are predicting.
