What is under dispute is Sparky's assertion that Dershowitz is lying.

Mine was that what Dershowitz was saying is within the realm of possibility.

Now you are saying that I'm dumb because I don't have evidence that what Dershowitz is saying is true.

Do you not understand that the burden of proof here is on the person asserting, without any evidence whatsoever, that Dershowitz is lying?
