Dershowitz' assertion above hardly seems to be "a bald faced lie" when evaluated by your statement below:
"Obama released frozen assets owned by Iran, which was a discretion specifically given to him under the legislation of the sanctions.
From my vantage point, both of those statements could be true at the same time. I don't see how it supports your conclusion below:
Dershowitz had no problem lying about it to make a legal argument that he knows holds no water."
much less a reason for assuming that every word out of his mouth is a lie forevermore.
