Agreed but there's a better argument for Drink than Odom

Odom had no charisma other than being a player's coach. He did not seem to have any sense of continuity or momentum. He stepped up to be HC when no one else wanted the job and for that Mizzou should always be grateful. But he was either going to grow into be a HC or he was a transition coach.
Coach Drinkwitz has a vision. There's over an hour of videos on youtube at his 4 programs where he articulates that vision and it's consistent. He is QB centric, he is about scoring, and he reminds me of GP. Not in personality but how he wants to get things done. There is a chance he could be Chad Morris. But I don't get that vibe. We could have stuck with Odom but then I believe we would have settled into being that team the SEC brought in to be a bottom feeder for GA, TN, FL, and SC. F that.
