the huge waste now so prevalent in colleges. Its not just the absurd cost now of the HC, and staff, and recruiting costs. Its partly the equally absurd huge employee list that do NOT include teaching positions and the number getting 6 figure salaries. Like, an entire dept. on diversity and inclusion? Its so insane and useless my words to explain it are inadequate.
The list goes on. And on and on and ...............
My first year of college, students went for free. And I don't mean USMA.
