When I was a kid in STL, my uncle always went to games. It was thru the tavern he used to drink at most often. They rented a bus and filled it up every week. They offered beer on the way there and back, being honest it was a drinking trip, but it was butts in seats. I think there were several places that did things like this, does that still happen? Maybe the AD could offer discounted tickets to the people that arrange these trips?
Lower prices, a lot, for OOC games. Unless it's a top team like Ohio St or something coming in, there is no reason to charge more than $25 for tickets. More people would go to these games, when the weather is generally nicer, if the tickets were cheaper. Maybe even sell them a little cheaper than that in a mini-season ticket package for just those games.
Improve the non-parking pass parking situation at the stadium. It's just a joke now. Some of the further away donor lots should be public parking at $20/game.
Win more, I guess this is obvious.
Other than the music being way too loud at times, the in-stadium experience is actually pretty good now. It's improved a lot over the years. But the concessions and bathroom situation (on the West side at least) simply have to improve. They can barely handle the 45,000 or so that go to games now, but they can't handle it when the stadium is full. The concourse needs to widened and/or add a second level and there need to be more bathrooms and concession stands, and the concession stands need to be run by professionals and not these charity groups.
