A quality game day experience that attracts a full stadium every Saturday will help create more long-term fan loyalty, which will lead to more donations.
Maximizing revenue from those in attendance leads to ideas like the Case IH Redzone BS that detracts from the experience. We can’t treat the fans like the product and expect people to show up. They are the product in a lot of ways, but on football Saturdays, they shouldn’t feel that way.
