babies born in the US.

The most recent stats I found for Missouri were from 2016. Like most of the developed world our birth rate has been falling.

2015 75,042
2016 74,664

So, if birth rates stopped dropping in Missouri, the number of anchor baby births in the US (~ 372,000) would have been almost 5 times as many as all of the births in Missouri (including the anchor baby births that occurred here, of course).
