The concessions made to Texas would not have been agreed to with Nebraska and Missouri as members. And if those concessions were made, the revenue gap that is widening would force other schools to look to get out just the same as it is today.
A conference is much stronger together and treating each member equally. As long as it is not doing that, there are cracks in the foundation.
