anyone or sought legal counsel. The questions are:
- "I have reported this matter to another organization/agency"
- "if yes, which organization"
- "when did you report"
- "what is the status of that complaint"
In the trump/ukraine case, this whistleblower would have correctly marked the 1st box "NO". He/she did not "REPORT" - they did not file a formal complaint with schiff's aide, there is no "status".
The purpose of the form is to COORDINATE whistleblower complaints cross-agency, if it is filed with multiple agencies. It's not a "gotcha" form ("perjury trap" to use rudy's words.)
