what the **** are we really talking about, here? the ****ing whistleblower protection. the entire objective is to promote an environment that is conducive to reporting corruption. why are you arguing about an internal form not required by statute or reg? it cannot impact anything in the process in any way, shape, or form? ffs do the same to the next dem administration, whenever that should be.
i'm sure it's naive of me to think we should discourage corruption.
