to stop polluting when you are not limiting yourself? If the other world powers lead, and then present a unified front, does that add to your ability to deal with them? Could you put economic pressure on them with a boycott? Or does the fact that they're a large consumer, as well as polluter, affect your ability to effect any change?

In the climate change/environmental arena, the first problem, to me, is that they can't even get guys like you to believe there's a problem. If there's no problem, then some people will always be unwilling to take prescriptive action. They wait for the problem to surface and then try and fix it.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
