He deserved jail....jeez just think a person driving the speed limit could of come upon him swerved to avoid hitting him and killed themselves or someone else, at best they could of just ran him over but that might of caused a weak willed person emotional issue and guilt.

Passing out in the middle of the road ain't being safe for anyone. Getting a uber/taxi or passing out on the side walk is being safe. Being in the road is a hazard.
