and since the university conducts Title IX investigations, please provide us with the link to the statement by Mizzou that says he won the case.

This was a PR stunt by the ex coach’s PR firm and his personal attorney. Mizzou refuted the false claims immediately.

The coach was recently fired. Mizzou exercised its right to terminate his contract. After that happened, he was no longer a university employee, and no longer subject to a title IX investigation. So Mizzou closed the investigation with no findings of any kind, for or against the coach.

Very different from saying he “won” his case.
