for a Sunday stroll do not. And this issue would be related to somebody on a mission. Anybody with decent ability to make the overall trek and under the time limit pressure at hand would definitely be pushing it, and therefore should be able to average over 30 mpd on a roadway.

So yeah, in the general population not a lot of people would do it. But, for somebody who was actually going to try, should be pretty reasonable. Now, I don't know about this specific guy on Twitter, but I'm also pretty sure he's not going to try unless he's confident in his ability and if he is, he's probably got a chance.
