amount of "aid". And the question often is "how much more should we give?"
Why not reevaluate every year and see if pakistan, somalia, egypt, and honduras are worth giving ANY MONEY to?
And for the record, there may be times when our spooks have to bribe a foreign country's leader or leaders to get them to play along or to reject soviet or chicom interests.
I get it.
But the money we flush down third world toilets does little good and would be better spent at home.
