what do you think are the 4 biggest issues in the 2020

For me:

1. Rising costs of healthcare (including drug pricing)
2. Rapid rise in Federal debt, despite a better economy
3. Lack of infrastructure upkeep
4. Decreased global standing

These aren't the only issues that I see, but the most visible
