If you say statistics show blacks are involved in petty crime. That is OK. To SUGGEST that the reason that these folks are engaged in petty crime is that they are Black - that sure seems racist to me.

Data is not racist. Statements of opinion can be.

They only do that b/c they are black. White folks in that situation wouldn't do that, but the Blacks do b/c they are Black.

Can you see that?
