off at their house by taxis. Teachers fairly often have to ride along in the taxi after school if the kid is having a bad day.

These are kids with severe mental issues to being abuse victims that cannot function in normal schools. Most are destined for prison. Every year some disappear into the criminal justice system. But when a parent is arrested for calling in a bomb threat to the school, well, it isn't hard to understand why the kids are f**ked.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
