make decisions and policies that work for their states. The Fed does not have as much latitude. Most socialistic programs would be a huge overreach by the Federal government. If it is not an enumerated power then they have no business in it. Education is most definitely not an enumerated power. Before you ask, yes, this applies the Department of Education, it should be disbanded and those powers returned to state governments and school boards.
