are a shorter list than most want to believe. For everyone else, the developmental and marketing stage college basketball presents costs them nothing. If they need a safety net, they're being offered the opportunity to get an education without racking up an enormous amount of debt. Yes, most aren't prepared to be college students, so hold the parents, HS, & grade schools accountable for pushing these kids along for the same purpose of city championships, conference championships, & state championships. If they're victims, it isn't college basketball that made them so.
