play professionally if they desired.
For MU at least, since the start of the century Until we went D2 in 2014:
Josh Kroenke
Spencer Laurie
James Douglas
Steve Moore
Dominique Bull
John Underwood
Ryan Rosburg
that is the entire list of guys who didn't play professional basketball. I'm not entirely certain on Jeffrey Ferguson, he may or may not have (I'm told he played in Iran but couldn't find him on any rosters). Every other scholarship player we have had suit up for us since the 1990's played professionally somewhere. Obviously many of the guys on that list barely even played for us, and the reason Josh Kroenke didn't play professionally is because he started working in the management of professional teams instead.
