Crockett is not a franchise back, if that even exists anymore. He's going to be a work horse lunch pail back with a limited time to play the game -- very rare for backs to make it longer than 3 to 5 years in the league. It's best for guys like Crockett to get in while their legs are still young - as long as they can physically play the game - which Crockett can with his measurables.
