thought out post. He hit Ford (position coach), Odom (HC) & Dooley (recruiter/former OC). Given the splitting carries (for a 1,000 yard frosh runner), I could see where he would not be that thrilled with his role (and this departure makes sense.) IMO, Damarea's the type of back that needs consistent touches/workload to really be effective.
