It makes no sense. No, every team is not moving to the RPO like SF ran, good grief man, get a grip.

The top teams in the NFL this year are: NO, KC, LARams, NE, Pittsburgh, Houston

None of them are RPO or are moving that way.

Baltimore is the exception, not the rule. Kaepernick didn't do them FIRST. Randall Cunningham and many others were well before him.
