There are many teams who need a serviceable backup.

The Run-Pass-Option is what EVERY team is moving to. He was one of the first NFL QBs to perfect that style.

Have you seen what Lamar Jackson has done the last two weeks in Baltimore? Kaeparnick did those things first.
