Some people don't like 'true son' hires.

Barry appeared to be given preferential treatment over coach Kul for DC.

Barry completely changed the schemes and philosophy of a top 10 defense with most everyone returning.

The SC and Kentucky debacles.

Some people feel at 19-18,(10-14) he has underachieved relative to the level of talent on the team.
