if you think this doesn't lead to questions about this man's appointment, you're kidding yourself. Would you hire someone who had several women come forward and accuse him of sexual assault? these are things that would be called into question if a person was being looked at for a prestigious law firm, much less the Supreme Court.
Also, it adds to perjury. He has made several statements that are disprovable, one which is in the process of being disproved (he didn't know of the Ramirez allegation until Sept 23). Does perjury not matter? It's ok for the judge to commit a felony??
