My ex tried to file abuse and child abuse against me as revenge for trying to ensure I had custody rights with my daughter when we split. I had my kiddo at the time and my lawyer called me and told me to hide, go to her pediatrician, explain what was going on and get her checked thoroughly and fax it in the to the courthouse, and hide some more while she tried to get the judge to throw it out before the county found me.

It's scary as HELL.

BTW I now have sole custody of my daughter (have for 11 years now)
