crazy. Precedence has NOTHING to do with constitutionality. A law is constitutional if it meets the requirements of the Constitution not simply because some court twenty years ago decided it was acceptable.

If Kavanaugh was serious when he claimed Roe -v- Wade was settled law then I am disappointed because at the SC level nothing should ever be settled. Bad precedence makes bad law.
