signing. Tell me where to sign a warrant for a wiretap on American citizen. If FBI knew these warrants were rubber stamped why would they go to extreme measures/multiple layers to ensure the application was in good order? Why would they type up 50-100 pages of information per application if they knew everything would be rubber stamp?
