There is also play making aka being able to not only move your team but manipulate the defense to your advantage. Also to control game flow and tempo. Oft times Geist was allowing the defense to control him. It's not his fault he just isn't a point guard though in limited action he can get by in that role. Pinson needs to progress fast to the point he can split time with Guest.
