does NOT have to be WWIII - in Korea would improve our trade deficits if nothing else. And assuming we got out of SK we'd save about a billion a year. Lastly, we do NOT have to build up our military to deal with china. We got enough. And I consider it highly unlikely that either china or nk will attack us. Neither - certainly china - is that stupid.
