costs us over time FAR more than we'll get back. Also, today I don't think its necessary. I don't see anyone automatically taking over other countries, at least by NK. China maybe, even Russia, but not that little fat cretin.

And I always make a condition. We not only remain very strong, we let people know we'll use what we got. We goddam well don't need to house troops all over the world as we always have (and who are actually useless now in a nuke war) to keep from being attacked.
